How XeroForce turns manual tasks into automated actions

At Xerocon London earlier this month, XeroForce hit the main stage. We showed customers how to create agents that automate key workflows using simple, natural language prompts. XeroForce is a no-code custom AI agent builder purpose-built for finance and compliance workflows, which we introduced in May — and we’re excited to show how it’s changing the day-to-day reality of running a small business or a practice.

At Xerocon, we showed our UK partners XeroForce in action: simple prompts that create autonomous workflows to do the work for you.

On stage, we described a task like: “On the second Thursday of each month, if there are no unreconciled statement lines, pull the P&L, draft a client email using the style guide in OneDrive, and attach the report as a spreadsheet.”

XeroForce maps each step to the right connected platform, solves for the correct order of operations, and builds a ready-to-run agent. Before anything goes live, you can test-run workflows to see exactly what the agent would do –  without sending emails or modifying data –  giving you the confidence to delegate.

And if you aren’t ready to create your own workflow from scratch, XeroForce comes with a library of pre-built templates for agents that can tackle common advisory workflows, like automated, proactive VAT monitoring that takes the stress out of tax time.

You can customize these templates in plain language: adjust thresholds, apply practice-specific email templates, or add conditional follow-up steps like automatically sending a booking link when a client replies wanting to talk.
