Introducing US online bill payments, powered by BILL

US-based small business customers can now pay bills online, directly from Xero: no more logging in and out of multiple platforms or writing and sending checks. 

I’m excited to share that you can now securely pay multiple bills at once and track payment statuses, without leaving the Xero platform. This new feature is powered by BILL, a leading financial operations platform for small and midsize businesses.

Making it easier to manage cash flow

We know that managing cash flow is a top priority for small businesses – in fact, 48% of US small businesses said they felt some cash flow pressures over a 12-month period.

That’s why we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to streamline your accounts payable and make cash flow management trouble-free. Our new online bill payments feature simplifies accounts payable by bringing bill management, payment processing (powered by BILL) and reconciliation together in Xero.

With online bill payments, you can:

• Pay multiple bills at once in just a few clicks.
• Access BILL’s network of over 7.1M members, making it easy to find and pay your vendor
• Authorize payments prepared by your team so you maintain full control over your cash flow.
• Track the status of your payments without needing to log into a bank, so you always know who’s been paid and when.
• Reduce manual work with automatic reconciliation. The bills are marked as paid and payments are reconciled automatically, ensuring your records are always up-to-date.
