Annual Meeting 2009

Our team really enjoyed meeting so many shareholders who braved the wild Wellington weather last night to attend our second Annual Meeting.

In the meeting Phil presented the Chairman’s address (which you can read here), Hamish spoke about his experiences in the United Kingdom, I gave a summary of where we are at, audit fees were approved, directors were re-elected and Andrew and Stuart demonstrated a few Xero features.

All of us at Xero appreciate the opportunity our shareholders have provided us – the resources to build a world class company. So our Annual meeting is an event we look forward to, where we can thank you in person and show you the progress we are making.
