Support for ATO Filing Services during the December & New Year Holiday Period
During the holiday period product support is available from Xero as normal, including filing Activity Statements from Practice Manager and Tax File Number Declarations from Xero.
The government teams that support the ATO Filing Services we use in Practice Manager and Xero are out of office from 12:00 AEDT Friday 24th December 2013 until 08:00 AEDT Thursday 2nd January 2013 and they are only monitoring system availability.
During this period, if there are any queries or issues that require us to contact them for further investigation, we will receive no response until they return.
