SimplePay.ca – Canadian payroll in the cloud
SimplePay.ca is out to make payroll simple, easy and online for Canadian Xero customers. SimplePay handles all aspects of payroll preparation, compliance, e-filing and automated direct deposits. You don’t even need to print a check.
Who is it for?
SimplePay will be of interest for any Canadian Xero customer that needs to prepare payroll. It also has a partner plan for accountants that wish to offer payroll services.
How SimplePay.ca works with Xero
Once connected and set up, SimplePay creates an accounts payable invoice in Xero which can be easily reconciled with your payroll payments.

I have been using Simplepay for the last three years and I have nothing but good things to tell you all. It is affordable for small businesses such as a private school like mine. It is easy to use and customer service is excellent. I just completed my T4′s for all my staff in ten minutes. What more can I ask for? I would refer this payroll company to everyone.
