From Milton Keynes to Wellington

One of the cool things about Xero is the chance to work with a global team of great talent. With half our revenues now coming from off-shore, we are building up the teams in our offices all over the world and marketing is no exception. We are delighted to have both Marina Kosmatos and Nina Michell join recently as our respective Australian and UK marketing managers.

While we keep in touch with Yammer, Skype and email, nothing beats face-to-face. So it was great to have them both join us in Wellington last week. While Nina was here we took the opportunity to sneak a video interview in amongst her back-to-back meetings.

Nina leads our UK marketing effort and makes sure our messaging resonates with accountants, bookkeepers and small business owners in the region. That we are investing in the right media and events and that our sales teams have everything they need to be successful in adding to our ever-increasing accounting partner network.
