WORKetc – automate your business
So what is WORKetc?
WORKetc CRM & projects provides functionality to run lots of different parts of your business: CRM, projects, billing, help desk, timesheets, documents, calendars and more.
Who is it for?
WORKetc is particularly strong if you are in the services, light manufacturing, technology and engineering industries. However, you can tailor WORKetc to a wide range of businesses by picking and choosing from the different modules within the software.
How WORKetc works with Xero
When you create an invoice in WORKetc, it automatically raises a matching invoice in Xero based on your setup preferences. Once the two minute setup has been complete, everything should work automatically.
Where you can use WORKetc
WORKetc can be used around the world and pricing is in US dollars.

Looks to have a lot of functionality but $78 per month is a bloody joke! i.e. $49 for xero + $78 for Worketc = $1,524 per year?!!? hahaha
Need Xero to pick up the slack in regards to a lot of the CRM functionality being thrown around out there. Seeing as you have contact records already updating to a simple solid crm should be fairly easy.
@Josh – thank you for your comments, but WORKetc is not just a CRM. It is a business management platform incorporating project management, billing, timesheets, documents, support cases, product catalog etc etc.
In that respect WORKetc is significantly less expensive than purchasing several discrete services to manage all these activities.
Trust that better explains our pricing for you.
Josh, purely from a business automation perspective, $1,524 per year (for 2 users + Xero) is fantastic value and would save you exponentially more than that if done right.
This makes sense if you track and value your time and effort to maintain your financials and projects/CRM by other means.
I’m not yet a WorkETC customer, we’re seriously evaluating it at present. Just in time savings and efficiencies alone, I anticipate I’d get back my WorkETC “cost” in a few days, not a year…!
Think of it this way, if you take the time saved from the efficiencies and “de-duplication of effort” through using WorkETC and Xero and use that time to find yourself one or two new clients, you’ve just paid for your investment.
Time and efficiency = $$ on your bottom line.
Greetings, we have used workflow max for well over a year now & have found it to be a great piece of software. We also use xero. It suits most of our jobbing requirements, although a staff sheduler would be great. I know xero bought out workflow max approx 6 months ago which I thought would be great, in the sence you would develop it even more. However now I see work etc, do you intend to retire workflow max & replace it with worketc? Are there any advantages of worketc? Can someone please contact me? Cheers Mark.
When will invoices created in Xero be routed back to Worketc., and when will purchase orders be available in either?
@ Ronnie – 2 way sync is part of stage 2 development which basically comes down to uptake of the service, the stage 1 development basically covers 90% of use case. Purchase orders as part oWORK[etc] is on the roadmap for later this year:

+1 for the value for money part of this conversation. Work[etc] is not for free but adds real value! If you don’t perceive that value you don’t need a system like Work[etc].

Looks great – might help with getting clients on board with Xero who need to manage projects. Will definitely check it out.
