Where have you been?
It seems Apple has been a bit naughty by recording all the places you’ve been with your iPhone.
There is an app available that lets you plot where you’ve been on a map: iPhone Tracker
Out of curiosity I made a map of where I’ve been since I got my iPhone 4 last year. It does provides a pretty accurate view of where you do your business.

This seems far more efficient than FourSquare.

Ow, it only works on Mac :’(
@Joshua my map shows a massive black dot over Auckland – I’ve been there twice in the time period recorded – an overnight stay before flying out (less than 12 hours on the ground) and half a day on the way back into NZ (7 hours perhaps).
Also shows a pretty big dot around Wellington – think the only time I’ve been there in this period is enroute to Rotorua – with a 20 minute stopover in each direction.

It’s also missed a bunch of Europe. We came down through France, Switzerland and Italy before heading back North. Also missing Hong Kong – was there for 3 days on the way through to Europe.
There’s also a few dots nowhere near where I’ve been – the two in the South of Ireland, one in Taupo and a bunch at Tokoroa.
Possibly the lack of accuracy is something to do with me being stuck in the dark ages on a 3G…
Still, pretty cool.
This is actually pretty cool.
Here is mine: http://nathanli.net/post/4803287533/where-my-iphone-has-been
Talk about Big Brother! I am getting to the stage where I wonder if there is a sattelite over head when I am in the bog – scary stuff to be sure.
I guess there will be a big black dot over the Auckland southern motorway for me then…
