Aussies take the trophy

At FullCodePress this weekend the Aussies took home the trophy. Their first ever win at the event, where the goal is to build a web site for a charity within 24 hours.
Xero helped sponsor this annual charity event, plus we made some additional donations:
- All 3 charities received a lifetime free subscription to Xero
- Each member of the winning team from Australia received a 1 year free subscription to Xero
In addition, we awarded special badges, one for each of the different disciplines. Read more about the winners.
I had the great honor to be one of six judges, which was a fun but tough job, an experience I wrote about here.
Most importantly, each of the charities – who dedicate their time and skills to support the community – now has an outstanding site to help them serve their communities better than ever.
