We’re committed to helping businesses streamline their day to day practices by leveraging technology and making it accessible. The integration by trade management software provider simPRO with Xero does just that. 

If you’re a mobile based business, this integration will save you having to double-handle data. Using the simPRO Mobile digital pen you can hand write your orders, invoices and expenses in the field. The content is stored in the pen and then this is transmitted via bluetooth to your mobile phone and on to your office through the internet. Back at the office the data can be checked and sent on to Xero and voila – the invoices are automatically there for you to approve.

Congratulations Simpro. I saw the demo in person. The pen input is truly magical. Great use of technology and I really like how it flips the model from a tablet to a pen.

Congrats to SimPro team partnering with Xero. I watched the demonstration of SimPro and integration to Xero at the Action Coach Conference for SME in Brisbane, Qld in February this year. Fantastic tool for tradesmen who are “time poor”. Xero and SimPro made a huge impact on the delegates.

Thanks to Wayne and Rod for their assistance with the integration team – Xero has been a breeze to work with!

The paper forms can also be modified if there is certain additional information that needs to be captured prior to being sent to Xero.

@Gillian Thank you for your comments! There certainly were many people delighted to see their paperwork magically appear in Xero with nothing except a pen for data input!
