Code Camp Extravaganza
We’re proud to be sponsoring what promises to be the biggest code camp ever – more than 14 hours of sessions across three streams at Code Camp Auckland 2009 on Sunday 13 September.
For the non geeks out there code camps are non-profit, and organised by members of the local developer community. It’s a great way to take part in some free sessions. In Auckland we’ll be looking at the state-of-the-art in .NET development, SQL Server and developer security.
We’ve got a great line-up of speakers including Michael Howard, author of the titles Writing Secure Code and 24 Deadly Sins of Software Security. He’ll give a workshop for developers, architects and team leads on Threat Modelling and the Secure Development Lifecycle. This will be followed by a session on how to write secure .NET code.
