Tips for biz survival and success

We’ve had a great time at the Bizzone Small Business Expos held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. In tough economic times it’s always good to get some fresh ideas. At the last expo in Christchurch on Friday, I presented “Six tips for your business survival and success in 2009”, as part of the National Bank Seminar Series.
The six tips are:
• Know why you’re in business
• A bird in the hand
• Tell people what you do
• Spend every dollar like it’s your last
• Be financially well organised
• Get help
