Looking for Quality
Hi, I’m Andy and I lead the Quality Assurance Team at Xero.
We’re expanding our QA Team. We currently have a team of 6 people (4 of us pictured below). We release software approximately every 4-6 weeks, so our work is really exciting because there are always new features coming through the pipe.
Xero has the very best test analysts one could hope for and it’s a real thrill to be part of this team. What makes us different is not just our focus on quality and a genuine desire to put the finest software out there, but the dynamic interaction we have with other teams. This includes Developers, BAs, our Product Manager, Customer Care and Documentation.
There is quite a bit of diversity within the application itself, and that translates to needing different skills across the QA Team.
