Update, 23 November 2011: Today’s release includes a streamlined process for changing the email address you login to Xero with. Check out Help for more detail.

Hi Xero,

Just thinking going forward I think it would be simple if you could develop a system whereby you can select email addressess to send an invoice from. Often, the log in email will not be the accounts@ etc..

Just some thoughts…

P.S

Some more playability would be good with the invoices to make them more colourful and maybe even differing fonts etc..

Hey Kevin – thanks for these suggestions, you’ll be pleased to know that others have had them too so these things are already on our radar which is great for you. The more people ask, the better equipped we are when prioritizing! Glad you’re still enjoying Xero :)

I also would like to send invoices using a chosen email address. I have customers that know me by a specific emai, not by my subscriber email.

Has this been actioned yet, as we are a new company using Xero and my first few invoices have been sent to clients using my login (home) address rather than the companies email, this is going to get very confusing and muddly if I can not send invlices using the work email address. Thanks
