Benchmarking partners wanted

Calling all companies like us.  We’re keen to establish relationships with companies similar to ourselves to compare and benchmark how we’re doing. In our young industry it would be great to establish what is best in class in the areas such as:

  • Customer acquisition rates
  • Teaming model and allocation of spend
  • Sales and marketing spend
  • Sales quotas
  • Google spend
  • Pipeline conversion

Other insights into what works and what doesn’t work, common issues, might also be shared.

This might be other small business software providers but any online solution company of a similar size would add value. Profile would be something like 20 to 100 staff and $5 to $50m in funding.

We could communicate directly or potentially put an independent person in the middle that gathers the data and shares summary information with participants. You would need to commit to CEO or CFO level engagement.

If you’re interested please make contact. We have few interested companies already.  Ideally 5 to 10 would be useful.

@rod - I’d be happy to help you develop the metrics. This is seriously important stuff that adds customer value.

We would be happy to act as an independent intermediary for benchmarking the KPIs.
