Is there a particular area you wanted to read more detail on? I could point you to the best pages in Help Center to read. There are also loads of <a href="http://blog.xero.com/2008/12/videos/" rel="nofollow">instructional videos</a>, from overviews to more detailed step by step instructions and we've seen these are popular as well.
